PASSI
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken pieces in flour, dip them in beaten egg, and cover with fresh breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the chicken pieces for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Serve the chicken cutlets on a plate and accompany with tonkatsu sauce.
