- 🍗 Chicken thigh 200g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (sliced thinly)
- 1 carrot (cut into thin strips)
Noodles
- 2 udon bundles
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Heat a small amount of oil in a pot and stir-fry the chicken over medium heat.
