- 🥔 120g diced radish
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 seafood stock pack
Seasonings
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Dice the radish into cubes.
Add the radish, seafood stock pack, and water to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove the stock pack after 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and minced garlic. Simmer until the radish becomes tender.
Finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds before serving.
