INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g lotus root, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
PASSI
Cut lotus root into bite-size pieces and soak in water, then drain. Trim and separate shimeji mushrooms. Mince garlic.
Season pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add lotus root and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add sauce ingredients and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
