INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 250g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥔 1/4 daikon radish
- 1 slice ginger
- 🧅 1 green onion (green part)
Eggs
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 300ml water
PASSI
Slice the ginger thinly. Cut the daikon radish into quarters, peel, and score one side with a cross. Cut the pork belly into 4cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sear the pork belly on all sides over medium heat until browned.
Mix the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water) in the rice cooker pot. Add the pork belly, ginger, daikon, boiled eggs, and green onion (green part). Start the regular cooking cycle.
