- 300g pork shoulder block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic

- 1 bay leaf
Seasonings
- 150cc red wine
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100cc water

Slice the onion into 1.5cm widths, chop the carrot into bite-sized pieces, and cut the pork shoulder into 4cm chunks.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in the rice cooker pot. Add pork shoulder, onion, carrot, garlic, and bay leaf, then stir to coat. Cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
