INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 200g minced pork
- 1 block tofu
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 onion
- 150ml water
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash the tofu under running water and cut it into appropriate sizes. Chop the onion and green onion finely. Remove excess blood from the minced pork using a paper towel.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a wide pan and sauté the green onion and onion until fragrant.
Add the minced pork to the pan and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture to the pan and mix well.
Push the cooked ingredients to the side of the pan and place the fried tofu in the center.
Spoon the cooked pork mixture over the tofu.
Pour 150ml of water into the pan and simmer gently.
Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on top before serving.
Serve and enjoy your delicious braised tofu with minced pork.
