INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Fruits
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Pinch of sliced red chili
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Additional Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of additional pepper
PASSI
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the lemon into rings and halve them. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core. Chop the anchovy fillets.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice into bite-sized pieces using a slanted cutting technique. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken and anchovies, then cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add sake and additional pepper, cover with a lid, and steam for 3 minutes. Place lemon slices on top, cover again, and steam for 1 minute.
