INGREDIENTI

- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Slice the garlic and remove its core. Cut the broccoli into small florets, place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and anchovy paste in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the broccoli and octopus, stir-fry over medium heat, and season with salt and pepper.
