INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 5 seedless black olives
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
Dressing
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice black olives into rings. Tear green leaf lettuce into manageable pieces.
Cut boiled octopus diagonally into 8mm slices using a slanted cutting technique.
Mix all dressing ingredients (grain mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Arrange lettuce, broccoli, tomato, octopus, and black olives on a plate. Drizzle with the dressing.
