INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
Seasoning
- 0.5g shredded seaweed
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, then soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Drain any excess water.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, wasabi, sesame oil, and water. Add the broccoli and potato, and toss to coat evenly. Let cool slightly.
Add the shredded seaweed and gently mix. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
