INGREDIENTI

- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
Heat a frying pan and melt butter. Add broccoli, dried shirasu, grated garlic, and sliced chili. Stir-fry over medium heat until well-coated with butter.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well, and serve.
