INGREDIENTI
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Vegetables
- 🥦 140g broccoli, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Canned Goods
- 🐟 70g canned tuna, drained
Dairy
- 🧀 30g cream cheese
Condiments
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
PASSI
Drain the canned tuna. Julienne the carrot and separate broccoli into small florets. Rinse the broccoli.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and chop finely.
Mix broccoli, tuna, and cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
Place carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the sandwich bread. Layer half of the broccoli mixture and half of the carrot mixture on one slice of bread. Top with another slice of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting in half.
