INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 10 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 10 florets broccoli (100g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
PASSI
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Lay a slice of pork loin vertically, season with salt and pepper, place a broccoli floret at one end, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 10 rolls.
In a bowl, mix sake, salt, grated garlic, and cornstarch to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes until browned. Turn and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the prepared sauce and butter to the pan, rolling the pork wraps to coat evenly.
