INGREDIENTI

- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Toppings
- 120g of grated daikon
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp of grated ginger
Sauce
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of concentrated mentsuyu
- 50ml of water
PASSI
Peel the daikon thickly and grate it using a grater. Lightly squeeze out excess water. Cut the green onions into thin slices.
Mix soy sauce, mentsuyu, and water in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Rinse with water and drain.
Serve the udon in a bowl, add the toppings, and pour the sauce over.
