INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 300g inner cabbage leaves
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices long bacon
Dairy
- 🧀 3 tbsp pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Cut the long bacon in half.
Trim the cabbage root and make vertical cuts into the core. Insert bacon slices between the leaves.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the cabbage on all sides over medium heat until browned.
Add sake, salt, pepper, and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Top with pizza cheese, cover, and steam over medium heat for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
