INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g chopped cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASSI
Chop the cabbage finely. Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs until sticky. Add the cabbage and mix well. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on one side, then flip, cover, and steam-cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Place one slice of cheese on each patty, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
In the same pan, add sake, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat until bubbling. Pour the sauce over the patties and serve.
