INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Meat
- 80g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 💧 240cc water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Add water, concentrated noodle sauce, and curry powder to a pot and heat until boiling. Add pork slices, break them apart, and simmer until the color changes, removing any scum.
Tear cabbage leaves and add them to the pot. Simmer until softened. Bring to a boil again and add the water-starch mixture, cooking until thickened.
Place frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave at 600W for the time indicated on the package. Serve the noodles in a bowl and pour the curry mixture over them.
