- 🐟 2 pieces salted salmon

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan, spread the cabbage evenly, and place the salmon on top.
