INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- Sliced chili to taste

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add shrimp and the prepared sauce, stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
