INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 1 piece of ginger, julienned
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Liquid
- 💧 400 ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 Pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASSI
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Heat water and chicken stock powder in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add the cabbage and cook until softened.
Add the ginger, wakame, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to the pot. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
