- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 150cc olive oil
- sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut block bacon into 1cm slices, then further cut into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon, octopus, and cabbage, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
