INGREDIENTI

- 12 slices pork loin (240g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1–2 cabbage leaves
Dairy
- 🧀 3 pieces processed cheese (45g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Baking
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- As needed breadcrumbs

PASSI
Shred the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, massage, let sit for 10 minutes, and squeeze out excess water.
Lay out two slices of pork loin slightly overlapping on a piece of plastic wrap.
Place shredded cabbage and cheese on the pork, roll tightly from one end, and wrap with plastic wrap to shape. Repeat for six rolls.
Coat each roll in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C (3cm deep) and fry the rolls until golden brown.
