- 20 perilla leaves

- 🧄 3 cloves garlic

- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
PASSI
Blend onion, garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt, and water until smooth.
Separate cabbage leaves and layer them alternately with perilla leaves in an airtight container. Pour the blended mixture over the layers, cover, and let sit at room temperature for half a day. Then refrigerate for 2–3 days before serving.
