- 🥬 3 small cabbage leaves
- 🌽 Frozen corn, as needed

- 🐖 100g ground pork
Seasoning
- 🧅 1/4 minced onion
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Place cabbage leaves on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut the core off and chop it finely. Cut the leaves in half.
Mince the onion finely.
In a bowl, mix the chopped cabbage core, minced onion, ground pork, potato starch, soy sauce, and salt until the mixture becomes sticky. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and wrap each with a cabbage leaf. Top with frozen corn.
Place the wrapped dumplings on a microwave-safe plate, add water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
