INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 bowl rice cake
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧄 5-6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🥓 1 pack bacon, chopped
- 🥛 300ml milk
Seasonings
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Soak the rice cakes in water. Slice the onion, garlic, and chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and melt the butter. Sauté the sliced garlic until fragrant, then add the onion and cook until softened. Finally, add the bacon and cook until browned.
Mix 300ml milk with 1 tbsp flour to create a smooth mixture. Pour it into the pan with the sautéed ingredients.
Once the milk starts boiling, add the soaked rice cakes and cook until they are tender and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the Carbonara Tteokbokki hot and garnish with parsley for a visually appealing finish.
