INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), thinly sliced
- 1/3 bag bean sprouts (60g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
PASSI
Thinly slice the carrot lengthwise and cut into matchsticks.
In a pot, add the carrot and seasonings (chicken stock, salt, pepper, water). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the carrot softens.
Add the bean sprouts and frozen corn to the pot. Cook over medium heat until the bean sprouts soften. Stir in the butter until melted.
