INGREDIENTI
Main
- 2 packs shirataki noodles (400g)
- 200g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🥬 1 celery stalk (100g), diced
- 🥬 Celery leaves, minced
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
Cut shirataki noodles into manageable lengths. Mince the onion, celery leaves, and garlic. Dice the celery stalk and king oyster mushrooms into 5mm cubes.
Boil shirataki noodles for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add onion, celery stalk, and mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add minced celery leaves and stir briefly. Add sake, soy sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, then uncover and reduce the sauce.
Serve shirataki noodles on a plate, top with the meat sauce, and garnish with fresh celery leaves.
