INGREDIENTI

- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Seafood
- 🦀 4 crab sticks
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
Noodles
- 40g short vermicelli
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 300cc water
Garnish
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add cabbage and bean sprouts, stir briefly, then add the ☆ ingredients and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and shredded crab sticks, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Remove the lid, add milk, and warm gently without bringing to a boil.
Serve in bowls and top with grated ginger.
