Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🧀 100g shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with sake, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
Prepare vegetables: cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces, chives into 5cm lengths, and green onion into thin diagonal slices. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a hot plate or skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until fully cooked.
Add cabbage and green onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Combine the sauce with the ingredients in the center of the skillet.
Arrange rice, cheese, and chives around the central mixture in the skillet. Serve hot.
