- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g cabbage
- 🧅 50g onion
- 🥔 150g potato
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese

- Chopped green onion as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
PASSI
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper flakes) and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Chop the cabbage into large pieces, slice the onion thinly, and slice the potato thinly. Soak the potato slices in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato, onion, cabbage, and marinated chicken. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften. Cover the pan and steam for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture, cover again, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
