INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 5 Vienna sausages
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🥕 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 🧀 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- 0.3 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Chop Vienna sausages, green onion, and carrot. Prepare cooked rice in a bowl and let it cool.
Crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk well. Add 1/3 cup water and the cooked rice.
Add 1 tbsp Yeondu seasoning and 0.3 tbsp sesame oil to the mixture.
Mix in the chopped sausages, green onion, and carrot evenly.
Top the egg rice mixture with 4 slices of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 4–5 minutes. Adjust the time based on microwave power.
