INGREDIENTI
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 150g ground beef and pork mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
Oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Flour Mixture
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Frying Oil
- enough vegetable oil for frying
PASSI
Mince the onion.
Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and pork mix and cook until the meat changes color. Add the minced onion and sauté until softened. Stir in the sake, salt, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and let cool.
Place a spring roll wrapper with a corner facing you. Add 1/6 of the meat sauce and 1/6 of the pizza cheese near the bottom corner. Roll tightly, sealing the edge with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat about 2 cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the rolls seam-side down for about 2 minutes, then flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
