INGREDIENTI
Cheese
- 🧀 4 cheese sticks
- 🧀 4 slices of melting cheese
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Meat Mixture
- 300g ground mixed meat
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 150g bread crusts
Condiments
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- Mustard as needed
PASSI
Cut the bread crusts into 7mm cubes.
Insert a chopstick into the cheese stick and wrap it with a slice of melting cheese.
Mix the meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and shape around the cheese sticks.
Coat the meat sticks with flour, beaten egg, and bread crusts in order.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the coated sticks for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and optionally drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
