PASSI
Cut the cheese slices in half.
Lay pork slices in a cross pattern and season with salt and pepper.
Place a folded cheese piece in the center of the pork and wrap tightly. Repeat to make 6 pieces.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the surface and coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the prepared cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
