INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of chili flakes
PASSI
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Cut broccoli into small florets. Microwave broccoli with 1 tbsp water for 90 seconds, then drain. Cut red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chicken (skin-side down) and garlic, and cook until chicken changes color on both sides.
Add broccoli and red bell pepper to the pan, stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
