INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 stick (90g) burdock
- 🥕 1/2 piece (75g) carrot
Staples
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- As needed white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Peel and thinly slice the burdock diagonally, soak in water, and drain. Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat both sides with all-purpose flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add chicken, and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (water, sake, dashi powder, soy sauce), mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
