INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- Potato starch, as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 2 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with potato starch.
Mix the sauce ingredients (ponzu, mayonnaise, sesame seeds) in a container to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until fully cooked.
