INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🌰 50g cashew nuts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 green peppers, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- A small amount of vegetable oil
Seasoning for Chicken
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- A small amount of soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASSI
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Dice the green peppers and onion into 1cm cubes.
Cut the chicken into 1cm cubes and marinate with sake, salt, and cornstarch.
Dry roast the cashew nuts in a pan until lightly browned.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until lightly cooked.
Add the diced onion, green peppers, and roasted cashew nuts to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the stir-fry. Toss to coat evenly.
