INGREDIENTI
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 125g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Condiments
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🍅 200ml unsalted tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
PASSI
Cut cabbage into 2cm squares and slice the onion thinly.
Cut chicken breast into 2cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and grated garlic, sauté until the chicken changes color.
Add cabbage, onion, and stir briefly. Then add all ☆ seasonings. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add cooked rice and bring to a boil. Add pizza cheese, turn off the heat, cover, and let steam for 1 minute until cheese melts.
