INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Dairy
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Liquid
- 1 tbsp sake
PASSI
Cut the potatoes in half, slice them into 1cm thick pieces, and soak in water for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, add grated garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until browned.
Flip the chicken, push it to the side, and add potatoes to the empty space. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Flip the potatoes, add salt, pepper, and sake, cover the pan, and steam for 3-4 minutes.
Add pizza cheese, cover again, and steam for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
