INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (240g), cut into pieces
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into pieces
Condiments
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Place the potatoes and broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with butter and add the chicken thigh. Stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the microwaved potatoes and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, miso, soy sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
