INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (200g)
- 50g garlic chives
- 🥕 50g carrot
- 100g nameko mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 150cc water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Cut garlic chives into 3cm pieces, slice carrots thinly, and wash nameko mushrooms.
Slice chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add grated garlic, grated ginger, and carrots. Sauté over low heat until carrots soften, then push to the side and add chicken pieces. Cook until chicken turns white.
Add sauce ingredients and nameko mushrooms, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6-7 minutes. Add garlic chives, mix, and cook briefly.
