INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🧅 2 scallions (330g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100 ml water
PASSI
Cut scallions into 4 cm pieces and set aside.
Slice chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then transfer to the sauce to soak.
Using the same pan, cook scallions over medium heat until browned and softened, then transfer to the sauce to soak. Let cool to room temperature.
