- 🥬 8 cabbage leaves
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 8 perilla leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSI
Separate cabbage leaves and microwave with 1/2 cup water for 4–5 minutes.
Slice carrot, red bell pepper, and king oyster mushroom into thin strips.
Boil king oyster mushroom and chicken breast until cooked, then shred the chicken.
Layer cabbage, perilla leaves, shredded chicken, and sliced vegetables, then roll tightly like sushi.
Cut rolls into bite-sized pieces.
Mix optional sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve alongside rolls.
