Chicken
- 🍗 1 pack chicken breast
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
PASSI
Dice the chicken breast into small cubes and season with curry powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Massage the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Mix egg white, 1 tbsp flour, and 3 tbsp starch into the marinated chicken.
Carefully fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. Let them cool and fry again for extra crispiness.
Drain excess oil and plate the fried chicken.
In a pan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, corn syrup, and chopped onion. Simmer until thickened.
