    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp ginger juice
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • a pinch of pepper

Remove the white tendon from the chicken breast and cut it into thick slices. Marinate with the seasoning for 20 minutes to remove any odor.

Wash the chives and cut them into 4cm pieces. Clean the bean sprouts and drain the water. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until golden.

When the chicken is almost cooked, add the stir-fry sauce and stir well. Add the bean sprouts and chives, stir briefly, then remove from heat and serve.
