INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g), skinless
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat evenly with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip the chicken pieces in beaten egg and pan-fry until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, add sugar and ponzu sauce, and simmer until glossy.
In a bowl, mash the boiled egg with a fork and mix with onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper to make tartar sauce.
Plate the chicken and drizzle with tartar sauce.
