INGREDIENTI
Main
- 150g somen noodles
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 10cm green onion (green part)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Garnish
- 🧅 10cm shredded white onion
PASSI
Cut the boiled egg in half.
Make 4 vertical cuts in the chicken thigh and season with salt and pepper.
In a pot, add chicken, green onion (green part), sake, and water. Heat over medium until boiling, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove chicken and green onion, mix in seasonings, and refrigerate.
Slice the chicken into 6 vertical pieces.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Plate the noodles, top with chicken and egg, pour the chilled broth, and garnish with shredded white onion.
