INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 skinless chicken breasts (500g)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌿 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Cream Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🍷 100ml white wine
- 🥛 150ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pepper to taste
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
PASSI
Chop the parsley and mince the garlic.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add white wine and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the remaining sauce ingredients until well combined.
Return the chicken to the pan and simmer over low heat for 5–10 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the chicken, pour the cheese cream sauce over it, and garnish with chopped parsley.
